Informing your parents for a start. Check ot see if he is listed on your local communities predator list. Ask your parents to tell him that any advance from him is unwarranted and that they are contacting the local police to see if they might have any advice on how he is to be handled.

Why not try telling him you have turned gay, i know it might sound stupid at your age but it might work. Go on try it. It worked for me. If all else fails call the police tell them your are being sexual harassed by your neighbour. GOOD LUCK

Tell your parents...and let him know you are telling your parents. If you do not consider your parents a safe adult to tell.tell a guidance counselor, or any other mandated reporter.
