I wouldn't suggest doing that because the person you investigating has to be notified if there was a check using his number. So stop the nonsense

what are doing with someones ssn that's against the law unless they know if not you will be in a lot of trouble that's Federal crime

you need a court order, and have it done by a police agency or court.
