I am currently doing a project on how Europe effects global warming and I need to create a a future policy or plan that can help Europe slow down Global Warming. I already have one idea and that is what America is kind of doing right now. What they do is they're giving big industries a certain amount of credits at the beginning of each year. The more credits they have, the more Greenhouse Gases they are allowed to put off into the atmosphere. If they go over their limit than they have to pay a fine and if they have credits left over at the end of the year, than they can either sell them to another company or sell them back to the government. Now me personally, I don't really believe in Global Warming but if you have any links or ideas that can help me, that would be wonderful!

For school, I was thinking about putting on an "eco-friendly" fashion show, modeling clothes made of organic/reycled materials. ANYONE KNOW ANY SITES/STORES that would carry such products? Do you think stores would donate clothes? Should I suggest it as being a product endorsement??? thanks for the help, i'm lost!!

cuplike leaves. The leaf closes and traps the ant. Do you have enough information to classify this organism? Why or why not?

We could spend billions and have little or no affect on the climate. From the global warming swindle videos I've seen, it looks like there is no reason to panic like Gore seems to be doing.

if you think about it, if scientists find the cure of all diseases (which is reasonably likely to happen) and the average life expectancy continues to increase and melting ice caps continue to make countries smaller in size, wont the world become overcrowded in 100 years or so? there would be no ethical way of deciding who lives or dies.china has a law whereby you can only have 1 child. do you think other countries should do the same to stop the world from becoming overpopulated?

I need to do an experiment on the effects of Carbon Dioxide on the growth of ragweed.

Is there a way to create a steady flow or a pattern of releases of carbon dioxide in a greenhouse, or any controlled environment that is not to large?

NASA says that sea levels are rising do to global warming. I live 180 ft below sea level, so does that mean that that number will be higher soon? And if so who changes the number? NPS? NASA? EPA? Who?
