Or is it possible to lock company or co-op clauses?
I am trying to find ways in which certain rules within our associations constitution can be locked. This is of great importance, as it is a radical group, and new members in the future will try to ammend the rules. The book Animal farm is a great book in that it showed that if you try to do things differently, it will be doomed to fail. However, not if some of the crucial rules can be locked. Is there a way of doing this

They recently reported that the world Seafood supply will be gone by 2048, yesterday they reported that there is a swirling mass of garbage equivilant to the state of Texas floating just off the edge of HI where our newest national park is.

If the choice was up to you, would you:
A>Spend money on police actions in places we don't belong
b>Spend money on a detoxification effort for the ocean.
