in some time it will cool down, that means that thermal energy can be freely exchanged between the bottle and its surroundings so if you consider it as a separate system then it is open system, it does not matter if the bottle is open or closed
the surroundings should be classified as a system in with the bottle is a part of it

It's surroundings consist of the air around it.
It is an isolated system.
If it were leaking, it would be an open system.

its surroundings would be the bed, or whatever it's in
its a closed /isolated system
if it leaks then its an open system
