Oil production is at it's world wide peak. Even Saudi Arabia is seeing a reduction in the amount of oil it can produce.

Does this give you pause?

The worlds oil situation only leads me to believe that there is a point when we must get back to basics. Not that it will ever happen, but perhaps it should...

There will come a time when there is just not enough oil. It took millions of years for the fossils to become 'fossil fuels'. We don't have that much time.

I feel that the world will have to find alternative means of power sooner that it would be comfortable with or we will all find ourselves in a tough situation. I think corn fuel is very viable. (Biodeisel or ethanol?) Hydrogen fuel cells seems plausible, with some further work towards stability.

I worry what my kids will have to deal with in regards to energy and fuel. It should give everyone pause to think about it, once in a while. Think, then act.

I'm not really concerned with Peal Oil. It's something new to me. Crude oil, I understand, motor oil, cooking oil, 3in1 oil, snake oil, and a lot of others, but Peal - - - sorry, can't say.
