All mathematics is derived from basic axioms, such as a=a for all a, a+b=b+a, etc. These are not theorems, so if evolution shouldn't be taught because it is only a scientific theory, then shouldn't it follow that no science at all should be taught, nor mathematics even?

Some people think that "thier" is spelled t-h-e-i-r, and others think it is t-h-i-e-r. The saying may be "i before e, except after c", but it feels right writing it their. How is it really spelled?!

If you are a teacher, can you explain your choice of the college you went to? I am young enough that I don't need to decide which college I want to go to, but I am really interested in becoming a teacher because they are a great role model for childeren and can make a huge different in someones life. I was interested in knowing what steps you went through to become a teacher, and what college you went to. Thank you!

In ancient India Gurukulam system of education was prevalent and found to be more useful in imparting the education to children ,with lot of sress on discipline. As children were under the care of their Gurus'(teachers)through out their period of education and learning , the children got the opportunity of getting education as well as character building . If this is done with all sincerity on all India basis to start with and also on global basis ,we can eradicate terrorism and other evils of society once for all.

My friend and I study for math homeworks together. Whenever I'm confused with something, she also confuse with that same thing. We learned the same materials. We even got almost similar answers. The teacher gave her 92% in her exam and he gave me 61% which means failing.

If I tell the teacher to compare our answers, what if he says, that he made a mistake by giving my friend 92 and what if he drops her grade too?
