I'm an 8th grade Geometry student looking for someone to prepare me for Algebra II, so the transition into middle school is a little easier. Can anyone help me? Give me Geometry tips and pointers and coach me in things I should know for Alg II. I would be extremely grateful for any help you could offer or recommend!
May your path be lined with good fortune!

For Algebra II, brush up on your Algebra I skills. You need a solid foundation in equations and graphing to do well in Algebra II. It also helps if you are good at factoring and simplifying expressions.

You do not technically have to have geometry before you take Algebra II because geometry is a different branch of mathematics. The most important thing is good basic algebra skills.

If you get stuck on homework, try posting on mathgoodies.com because they are good about giving you step-by-step instructions on how to solve problems.

Good luck!
