So I just got new classes today (it is now 3rd trimester) it is my second year at a high school. I have failed more than five classes so far. I am now scared that I will not graduate on time. I am afraid to even start this new tri I am to the point that I want to stop going to school because of the classes I have failed. Please, how can I forget about the classes I have failed in the past? and how can I be happy? I really want to finish my homework . today I have been trying to do my homework but when ever I try to start I start tearing up.

can it be depression?

O.K. my social Studies teacher has gone off the deep end and has decided that we are to make an invention that can help around the house and it has to be smaller than 2ft by 2ft other wise its has to be a scaled down model. Remember this has to be done with limeted resorses

Hi Guys....
I need help deciding on whether or not to take honors english.
Next year I'm planning on taking:
1. Trig
2. US History
3. AP Bio
4. Honors Spanish
5. Anatomy & Physiology
6. English (honors??)

I e-mailed the teacher and this is what he said:

Reading requirements are heavy, especially 2nd semester. We do no worksheets or other activities that students sometimes call "busy work"; everything is an authentic evaluation, no automatic points for "just doing the work." There are about 6-7 formal essays in response to literature. Tests occur seldom, about every 6 weeks. Good notetaking and study are critical. There are 2 projects and two speeches.

Anyways your opinions would be great...and if you've taken it tell me what you thought : ]

I've noticed that many of the school assignments have political slants, particularly in science and social studies nowadays. I'd like to hear what others think on the matter... do you support what the public schools are teaching us, or would you prefer them to be educating us with a more unbiased opinion?

I was told the clinical program is 2 years FULL TIME. Does that mean I'll be doing these clinicals 40 hours a week, or is it like 4 classes a week? Anyone who has had experience in this, please let me know. This is the bachelor NON radiographer degree. Please let me know. thanks

I always used to get GREAT grades. In the past month they started going down.

For example i had a 96% A in Geometry.. now i have a 71% C-. I dont know what happened!
It might be because of stress because I have been going through hell latley.
I talk on the phone quite a bit but i always get my homework down. I understand the stuff i just make stupied mistakes.

What can i do to improve things?

This is a social studeis homework..
Websites have information about what a particular town or city has to offer to people who visit or wish to live there.Design a website for a medieval town. Our website must include each of the following:
*Homepage with the towns name and a slogan(My slogan is ''We Keep It Real And Fresh Cuz We Simply The Best'')
*A page that describes 2 pieces of housing: 1)wealthy people,
2)common people
*A page that describes at least 2 kinds of job oppertunities
*A page that presents info. about at least 2 kinds of leisure activities(fun things that goes around the town) in town

And it needs to be bright, creative and informative..
