I am in the second semester of my grade 10 year and I need to get my average up. Its at a 73.5. Does anyone know how to get it higher. I know study and do homeowork, && I do. but my average is still the 70's.

You need to be interested in what you're learning about to really retain the information. So try to find an interesting approach to learning the information. Try relating to your studies. Of course this doesn't work for every class (like math) so for classes like that get a study buddy =] I work with my neighbor on a lot of my homework and we always have a fun time doing it together. But if you do that, make sure you're actually working on homework. If you're doing your homework and studying then you shouldn't be struggling too bad. If you're confused about a certain topin in a class, ask for help either fromt he teacher or someone who understands it. And don't just accept the information they give you if you still don't understand. Keep asking until you get it!

You can try asking your teachers for some extra credit homework or book reports.

Ask your teachers for help or if it's possible for you to get a tutor.
