Okay i droped out of school about three year's ago.And I decided to go back to school to get my diploma(high school diploma) I have english and math and in math i can't remember ANYTHING like division,decimals,pecents ect.. I feel relly stupid my husband say's that it's because I have been out of school for so long that i will catch up. what do you think??? Serious anwsers pleas

i got rejected from my number 1 first choice since i was born. UC berkeley. I have a decent academic record, and am considering appealing even though it is really hard to succeed.

My academic record:
2070 sati score, 800 satii mathiic score, 760 us history satii score.
4.15 weighted GPA, 3.698 unweighted GPA b4 senior year.
I got 3 As and 2 Bs 1st semester senior year (with 2 Bs in the hardest AP classes on campus)
president of chess club for 2 years
ASB Leadership comissioner 1 year
Writer on school newspaper
very involved in school activities.
always takes most challenging course load.
3 parents went to berkeley (1 stepdad)

So for my appeal i plan to talk about what they are missing out on rejecting me. show them my senior grades. Attach a teacher rec letter my teacher sent to privates, ask my APUSH teacher in which i was one of his top students write another letter for me. Anything else?

I put business major on my application, should i tell them to change it to undeclared/etc?

Full points to anyone who can come up with a great original quote/slogan for a campaign poster. My picture will be used so it's the typical, "I'm voting for Brad because he's rad!" poster - except I don't want a typical/lame quote.
All you need to know is that Brad Wahlstrom is running for student body president at my college...

I am a man with only a high school education. I am dating a woman with several college degrees. She always corrects my grammer when I make mistakes and I know she is right 100% of the time. I get frustrated with myself at times because I know she gets mad at me when I make a grammar mistake. Any suggestions?

I notice this ALL THE TIME. The majprity of black people age so much more gracefully than the majority of white people. And the crazy thing is, white people are always telling me how people say they look younger than they really are and I'm thinking to myself "No, you look OLDER than you really are."

I understand that the answer is simply a genetic thing. I guess my real question is if other people have also noticed that black people seem to age a lot more gracefully than white people.

I am almost 26 and have never been good at math. Barely got past basic algebra in high school. I struggled and fought and still barely passed. When I graduated I wanted to do something without lots of higher math. Unfortunately that's where many of the good jobs are. That may be why I'm making $12.50 an hour. Some people always seemed to be brilliant at math with little effort. Is it genetics that make some better at math? I don't know, but perhaps I have a learning disability.

Tell me your experience please and how you got to get along with people in a place you've never been to before!Also was it hard to get use to the school rules and lifestyle? Did you enjoy the move out during your highschool year or was it very stressful and hard. Because i dont know if i should switch to another highschool in another province because it might ruin my education.
