...because i am in a speech class and she when we go over in a speech takes off 3 points per 15 seconds over. is this too strict in your opinion?

another question; if you were a teacher in this class, how would you take care of this sort of thing? how many points per seconds/minutes for going over?

the more that are involved in this question, the better. thanks for your participation!

Read the following case study.

You are a medical assistant working in a busy family practice office. One of the physicians says to you, "Please prepare a letter to go to Mr. Ford. He is the attorney for Ms.Smith. Just check her chart to get his address. Tell him that Mrs. Smith has not been coming to her scheduled appointments. Tell him that I can't help her if she doesn't want my help!"

**** What questions might you have before you prepare this letter?****

I'm still in high school and plan on staying in high school...I wish there were cosmetology classes at night or something. Because I really want to learn from a teacher how to do make up to PERFECTION and the art of doing make up? Is there anyway I could do that without waiting until I'm done high school and becoming a full time cosmetology student?

I have to ask a question and make the answer good because it depends on which high school im going to.

Ok...

I got an acceptance letter from Fashion Industries in Manhattan
And I like to do fashion design
alot and !!!!
want to make my career out of it!!!!!

but ...

The School im in now "Sheepshead Bay"
Doesn't have fashion but im on the Handball team and I really like it ><
and I have alot of friends here to and I have good credit so if I stay here I my mom thinks I can get more recommendation for college cause I have a good average 95.50% from the teachers I know here already.

1 . Should I stay in the high school im in or Leave and go to the New high school to major in fashion?

but remembering

Im A FRESHMAN (9th GRADE) the high school im in is 30min away from home and the new high school is 1:30 min away and i might move so it might take me 2hrs

Okay, this is the thing; why are Pakistanis on a whole quite fair compared to Indians who are generally darker, even though they used to be 1 country before? (geographers, you might know lol)

Some people have said beacuse Pakistan is less hot than India but this doesn't make much sense as after partition everyone moved to other areas. For example, they may have moved from a very hot part of India to a hot part of Pakistan.

Someone else said that a majority of fair skinned Pakistanis are descendents of light skinned arabs and europeans who settled there. And the darker Pakistanis are the often the origional Hindu and Parsi settlers who are know Muslim?

I'm confused.

The European features are especially obvious in Northern Pakistan with the blue/green eyes, very light brown hair.

why are there so many english class a student is required to take in college if they do not plan to pursue a career in anything english related?

Shouldn't a student studying in engineering take up more math and other science related subjects rather then waste their energy in an english class?

I asked a question about computers, read some
answers, and picked one I thought was the best.
My knowledge of computers is about as good
as a person with a computer store/repair business.

Later, I read this person's answer again, and I
had written in there the person sounded like
he knew his stuff. I really think this was an
engineer now. I felt dumb in saying "good
answer, you're smart'.

Can you make a confident assumption,
in answers about computers or electronics,
what level of education one has in the answer?

I am trying to study for my big medical terminology quiz next week, and I am really into word searches. What I want to do is have the definition of each word, (ex. stomach, heart, ext.) in the box to look for, and have to remember the what it means (such as, have to look for the term gastr, which means stomach) and have to look for the term. Does anyone know of a good site that does that? I have already tried to Google it, but hardly any luck.... any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I'm comparing four different sets of data and I am drawing histograms using each of the sets of data. One of the sets of data goes up to 40 but most of the others don't go up that high. I have tried to keep all of my graphs with the same scale but I don' know whether I need to make sure that all of the graphs go up to the highest number or not to make it easier to compare? Someone please help!!
