(Presuming you're Catholic) She should read up on Saints and find one she likes and take that name. That's traditional. (I'm partial to 'Lucy' myself but I left the church before Confirmation.)

Let your daughter read about all different saints and see which one pops out at her the most. It'll make deciding on a name a lot easier if she knows about the saint.
I picked Saint Agnes for my conformations name.
