There is no GED main website because GED's are give out by your state's department of education. For example here is the RI Department of Education's website for GED's http://www.ridoe.net/adulteducation/default.aspx
To find your own state's department of education website you can go to this link at the US Department of Education that can connect you to your own state's website http://www.ed.gov/about/contacts/state/index.html

The only places I know that offer GED programs are community colleges, jump onto your local community college website and they should be able to answer any questions you need answered.
