All schools insist on covering the student's notebooks with brown wrapper. Instead, why the manufacturers themselves can't wrap
and paste them. What is the logic behind wrapping ? If it is for uniformity, the manufacturers can do better by a brown wrapper,
printed name label and sealing properly. Money and time can be
saved by the parents. If wrapping is considered as a craft work for
the students, there are better creative works that can be assigned to them. Please opine...

There are many ideas. One is schools should have manditory classes for kids in Kindergarden and up through College, teaching how to have and maintain healthy relationships, and the responsibility of caring for one another. What do you think?

For my classes we have to bring at least 2 books to school a day and personally the books can be very heavy when you have to carry them for 6 hours. And do the teachers know by carrying all that wight on your shoulders can cause back problems, I have to use a roller back pack, and because of that I am not well liked because I accidently run peoples feet over going from class to class in the crowed passages. So do you think the government should give more funding for books in the classroom and less to immegrants and other programs, and do you think it shouldn't be required to bring more then 2 books to school?

I'm 16 and a sophmore in high school. I just started thinking about graduating a year early, for the following reasons:
1) I'm taking advanced classes. All of my friends are still taking Geometry and Earth Science while I'm in Chemistry and Trigonometry.
2) I don't like high school. I think I'm ready for a new challenge.
3) I worked out my credits and found out with a few classes over the summer, I would be completing my graduation requirements by early junior year. I don't see a reason for wasting my entire senior year just screwing off and taking unnecessary classes.
4) I don't have a girlfriend.. haha this may sound ridiculous.. but there's nothing really I'd be leaving behind.
Just wondering what you people think..?

Thanks for the help!

I usually take about 1 and a half to two hours to read 30 pages while highlighting at the same time. Is that too slow? Any suggestions to speed up my reading while fully or almost fully understanding the material?

Ok, next year I am going to be a junior and I have to take 2 science classes, I have to retake the first part of biology. And a full year of another science, most juniors take chemistry, but I heard it is very hard. If my teacher recomends me to oceanography ( a sophomore class) should I just take that, or just try chemistry anyways ?
