Would you please introduce me a Noun that means ‘person able to read, write, speak, and comprehend a language’?

I know- a noun ‘literate’ means ‘person able to do 2 skills, reading and writing’ -, but need to know the Noun that means ‘person able to do 4 skills, reading writing speaking and comprehending’.

I need to use the Noun in a question that will be titled “Verb that means ‘order’” and posted by me at ‘General- Education & Reference’, ‘Higher Education’, and ‘Words & Word Play’ section of this Yahoo Answer.

Well i'm 16 and this guy is like in his late thirties and i seriously think hes coming onto me(i hope your gonna prove me wrong). This guy is like really evil to everyone and shouts at people for walking past his room (seriously) but he treats me so differently. When i first met him he'd just taken a photo of me and came up saying what a great picture it was and how great i looked, first i thought ok friendly guy, creepy, but ok. for the months after he kept staring and giving eye contact in the halls then i had to go into his room for something with another member of staff who i was helping, it turned out he needing something doing and he said 'fancy a job mary' and winked (SOMEBODY EXPLAIN WHAT THAT MEANT). i refused. then he went back to staring and then one day he came up to me and started going on about how i've seen his nice side and how nice he is to me. after that a member of staff who was presnt said hes only nice to me. ewww. so am i reading to much into things or not?

im 19 almost 20 and its hard on me with living up to my parents expectations and all. I went to school for about a year but i failed all my classes...due to my 2 jobs to support the family...gf broke up...lists goes on and im takin this semester off to think...but i keep on wondering if its too late for skool already??? i feel if i go to school here there will be only more stress involve...i was considering moving away and start a new? is that right? iono...

Having noticed when I was in school and college that students receive a letter grade based upon the material that they learned in a book and the fact that they could not apply this material in real life seems contirdacting.Also that different people had different types of intelligence(personal,Mechinical,academic,etc)do you feel like it would be better for schools and colleges to find out what the students intrests and abilities are and put the student into that type of program(s)so that the student could come out of the educational system(s)being able to apply what he/she has learned while benefiting their community as a whole?Would this be better than making the student(s) better than trying to make them more"well rounded"I would like to hear from educators(working and retired)and really get your opinion on this.If you have points to back up your thoughts or websites that I can go to for more info pro and con I welcome that also.Thanks for the anwsers

I'm going to be a junior in high school next year and I am concerend about my science class. I am in bio this year, and since I was lazy first semester, I am going to have to retake bio for the first semester of next year. Most juniors are going to be in chemistry next year, but I'm worried that since I failed the first part of bio my teacher will reccommend me to oceanography. And from what ive heard colleges like to see chemistry on your transcript. But I also know tons of kids that have failed chem.

And since I'm taking bio as my first semester elective next year, I am able to take 2 sciences at once.

Okay, so im in high school and I have gym a lot.. and there are 2 guys in my class that like to annoy me and if you do one thing wrong they make fun of you.. and im really sick of it.. i feel like knocking them out but if i do that ill get in a lot of trouble.. and i already skipped a lot and i cant keep doing that because ill fail and i have to pass.. even if i say something to them they just laugh and dont listen.. i dont like going to gym at all anymore.. what should i do?
