It's probably a tramadol 50mg tablet. Tramadol is used to treat pain in adults. The medicine is for pain that lasts for more than a few days.
You can always call your local pharmacy too and have them identify it over the phone for you.

Get the Pill Book. It has color pics and different identification data. Also, you would take this to a pharmacy and ask them. Don't fear approximately them calling the police. They shouldn't have time for that, and it might now not be of their satisfactory curiosity to take action. Or you would simply take it to the police. But I consider the drugstore might be a greater wager, except you may have a rather well policeman or detective, who takes the time to determine those matters out.
