Well i'm 16 and this guy is like in his late thirties and i seriously think hes coming onto me(i hope your gonna prove me wrong). This guy is like really evil to everyone and shouts at people for walking past his room (seriously) but he treats me so differently. When i first met him he'd just taken a photo of me and came up saying what a great picture it was and how great i looked, first i thought ok friendly guy, creepy, but ok. for the months after he kept staring and giving eye contact in the halls then i had to go into his room for something with another member of staff who i was helping, it turned out he needing something doing and he said 'fancy a job mary' and winked (SOMEBODY EXPLAIN WHAT THAT MEANT). i refused. then he went back to staring and then one day he came up to me and started going on about how i've seen his nice side and how nice he is to me. after that a member of staff who was presnt said hes only nice to me. ewww. so am i reading to much into things or not?

If you are still at school, and this is a member of staff, I suggest you report this person. However, from the way you describe this, the words you use etc, it appears that you are living in a little bit of a fantasy world.
Edit- By providing the additional details you have answered your own question. Find a senior member of staff to talk to.

I would play this safe if I was you.
Ideally talking this through with a parent just so they know what's going on.
You may not want to talk to your parents about it - if that's the case then I'm not going to change your mind about that; however, I would absolutley avoid this person at all costs, don't talk to him, stay away. He sounds a bit seedy and that he may have an alterior motive. Yes, you're 16, legally an adult and most probably a lot more mature than guys your age but a 30 year old guy should really know better! He most certainly shouldn't be taking any pictures of you - that is seriously wrong as well as illegal!

Speak to the member of staff who was present and tell them you are worried and feel intimidated - ask their advice
You could also make a note of all the times you have felt uncomfortable by his actions (and who was present)
Try to never be alone in his company so nothing he says or does ever comes down to his word against yours.
Try not to look directly into his eyes (look at his shoulder/chin if you HAVE to talk to him)- this could be misinterpreted as a 'come on' by a pervert like him.
Stay strong! HE IS IN THE WRONG!

It's obvious..he fancies you, if he was 18 you'd be chuffed to bits but as he is 30 something he is deemed a perve. He will probably make a move soon as it's obvious you're not taking the hint.if you're not interested,tell him so,he might accept it and carry on as if nothing happened..then again...maybe not.
Winking is a way of flirting...my, you've led a sheltered life.
