There are many ideas. One is schools should have manditory classes for kids in Kindergarden and up through College, teaching how to have and maintain healthy relationships, and the responsibility of caring for one another. What do you think?

Im sorry, I mentioned the word mating because we all end up doing it, but please don't become fixated on that word.

what better ways of mating? well hmm, you can have the intelligent people mate, and stupid people not mate. Natural selection/survival of the fittest.
I think that idea of taking a class every year over those topics would be redundant and get boring. Honestly, I couldn't imagine having to take a class on that every year. I don't think some of that can be taught, some of it is just learned. You can teach the basic principles, but teaching it over and over still doesn't ensure that the students will do it.

A lot of evil people have been intelligent. Like, oh I don't know, THE DEVIL. lol

So I'm not sure the goal should be to create smarter people. A nation with a lot less apathy would be better.

I've sort of been mulling over the whole notion of natural selection lately and what it really means. Sometimes it seems like animals are better at it than humans.

The problem with school classes teaching relationships is we'd all have to agree on what should be taught. Religion will completely interfere as it already does with sex ed. I would not want a school teaching my child about personal relationships. It should come from me and my husband. We should lead by example.

try doggie style. its quite enjoyable. what does mating have to do with bringing up smarter kids. I missed as much school as i could left at 14 started my apprentiship at 15. self employed at 16 never got a penny I did not work for. none schooling did not make me dumb, i have an iq of 180 that was back in the 70s I know an awfull lot more now. my kids, one is a head teacher my daughter is an architect my other son is a builder like I was, and my youngest son is an army officer, not bad for someone with no schooling. blame the system for having the problems we have today. touch a kid to day even if its a pat on the back to say how well he - she has done, you will be classed as a pervert, manners and respect are the answer to todays problems, in the super market the other day some kid was in my trolly taking out a pack of ice cream i said what you doing, what did i get a mouthfull of abuse, and his parents just stood there and thought it was hilarious,
