I don't know if people still do it, but I'm sure you will be glad to hear that no training courses, seminars, meetings, or any other preparation is required. However, I would think that fortification with some kind of alcoholic beverage might make it easier.

Well people still streak. And I dont think there are training courses, but i am not sure.

If you're refering to streaking for hair the answer is yes they do it's when you get to the color and dye section of a beauty course.
