I'm still in high school and plan on staying in high school...I wish there were cosmetology classes at night or something. Because I really want to learn from a teacher how to do make up to PERFECTION and the art of doing make up? Is there anyway I could do that without waiting until I'm done high school and becoming a full time cosmetology student?

There are many cosmetology programs and you can find some at a vocational school. Students who are 16 can still go to high school half day and then take the cosmetology the other half.

If you do not want to do that then contact a local cosmetology school and see if they have evening classes. In my area they are only during the day.

If you do not have much luck then go to your academic advisor and ask if they know of any local programs where you can study. Your age is very common for the beginning studies of cosmetology.
