Hello I am kind of new to this. How do I vote on people's responses to questions-I keep seeing thumbs up or down and I would like to vote! How do I do that?

I wasn't able to vote the thumbs up or down until I reached level two. You CAN, however click on the word: "Discover" above. It will take you to a format where one of the selections is to vote on answers for the single "Best" answer of the listed available answers.
When you reach level two, you will be able to vote up or down.
Keep watch on your profile. It will tell you how many points you have, and how many you need in order to reach the next level.

You have to be level two or higher to vote on other people's answers

Under each answer you will see a pair of blanks -- you can either declare the answer a good answer or a bad answer by clicking on the blank.
