I always used to get GREAT grades. In the past month they started going down.

For example i had a 96% A in Geometry.. now i have a 71% C-. I dont know what happened!
It might be because of stress because I have been going through hell latley.
I talk on the phone quite a bit but i always get my homework down. I understand the stuff i just make stupied mistakes.

What can i do to improve things?

It seems you already know your solution.

Be careful, before turning in tests, etc, always review your work even though it can be a pain. Looking over a problem a second time can be the difference between passing and failing!

Talking on the phone is fine just as long as you take into consideration time and how you spend it. Don't spend 4 hours on the phone and 10 minutes on homework.

You also said you were stressed. Take some time off to relax yourself and get back on track!

There is a difference between doing the minimum requirements and excellence. Strive for mastery in your study, and spend less time on other things.
