Can anyone suggest where is the best place for quiet study in Singapore? I need quiet place for concentration and preferably in the west area.

I used to study in the libraries at NUS (even though I was in JC at the time). It was quiet and had close access to food and reference materials.

Find a library. That's always a good place - air con, lots of reference material, and very quiet. I am not sure which libraries there are in the west, but u can go and check nlb site:

I think the nicest library is the Central Library at Bras Basah Road. Might not be in the west, but it's central, and there is lots of food nearby if you need a break.
