The topic must be related to criminal justice. Something interesting that has not been studied as much. I need something that won't be so hard for me to come up with my own research design. THANKS!

Name some of the more unique college majors you've encountered, and which schools you've seen offering them. . . majors that are not offered in many places, and that are outside what most people would consider "normal." Ten points to the best answer.

I got my Bachelor's in 2001, and have been pondering about whether it's worth it to continue with my Master's.

If I do continue, it will be 2 years, full-time, and will cost me around $40K (for the programme I'm interested in, by coursework, in-campus), excluding my living and commuting expenses, and the fact that I will have no income for 2 years, since I will be studying full-time and not working at all.

Considering the HUGE amount of money this is, is getting this Master's a worthy investment? I am talking in terms of future job prospects, salary and international mobility (e.g. easier migration to 1st-world countries and the potential to hold dual citizenship perhaps?).

$40K is still a huge sum.

I have been working towards graduating on time from college - this may - and I will be finished with my BA in english adn a minor in Comparative Literature - but I recently found out about a minor in Journalism that I can complete in another semester but that would mean not graduating "on time". What should I do - I was planning on pursuing my masters in English starting in the fall as well and am looking for jobs now at the same time - It is becoming overwhelming? What should I do? Get job and pursue the masters, do the journalism and find a part time job for one more semester and then do the masters? - anyone ever in this situation? whats more important graduating on time and just starting to work somewhere or finishing school then working? I need guidance

I asked a question about quality of cell phone coverage at university campuses recently. Some people responded that college students don't need to use cell phones. I wonder what others think.

I need to gear this toward 9th and 10th graders. I will also need to complete a 2 week unit plan on the subject so the lesson plan needs to actually be about only one of the subtopics, but it can be any one that I choose. (Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Crdeit Bililng Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Collection Practices, Consumer Credit Protection Act, Federal Trade Commission Act, Consumer Product Safety Act, or Consumer Leasing Act) Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am looking for two professors I had ten years ago in university. Their names are William T. Booth, and Joseph Ronsley. They both taught English Literature at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. I need some reference letters from them to do my Master's Degree. Unfortunately, they were already both in their final years of teaching back then and very old (Booth 70, Ronsley 65). Bad luck if they both died...I can't seem to find their biographies or current info anywhere. Can someone give me advice how to locate them?

I got a Bachelors in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University Online. They are accredited through SATURN. I think that degree was an absolute farce but it still counts. Does anyone work as an admissions counselor or has anyone gone through the same situation as me. Basically, I want to know if I can apply to a 4 year university to pursue a degree in Accounting (part of Business). If so, which universities allow that? Please do not reply telling me to just apply for an MBA program.

Among the top schools i'm trying to choose between UCLA, Berkeley, Cornell, Columbia, USC, Dartmouth, and UPenn.

UCLA and Berkeley are relatively cheaper but going to an Ivy league could help with grad school acceptance + recognition
