Information Security and Assurance-offered by only a handful of schools in the country, Kennesaw State in Georgia being one of them!

Will Shortz, the editor of the NYT crosswords, has a degree in enigmatology- or games. Pretty handy, hmm?

A school near me has Equine Management (taking care of horses) and Pastry and Baking Arts!

Well, I do't think that it is a major but UPenn offers a chem class on ice cream...
