My 9-10th grade yrs I really didn't see the importance of hw and averaged a 2.6 gpa. and now my junior year I have a 4.0 or 4.28 with my 2 AP classes. BY my senior yr I expect my unweighted GPA to be atleast a 3.2.
Will colleges admissions notice/like my GPA trend??? I've also mover 3 times since I've been in HS. and next year I plan on taking 4 more AP classes.
Do you know any decent colleges in CA, MA, NY, or NC that would probably accept me?
or have any of you gotten into a decent college with a 3.0 gpa? if so please tell me. thank you

I got into Davis as a freshman for fall 2007, but for San Diego I will have to wait until the winter quarter to attend. Im interested in majoring in some type of liberal arts: history, poli sci, english, etc. I know UCSD is better known and is a top tier, but i'm scared about going in late and having to live off campus. In the end, what will be the better choice?

What classes did you take? Did you take all of the honors and AP classes that were offered at your school? Did you do a lot of community service? What was your grade point average? Were you a part of the leadership-type classes? How many other universities were you accepted to? And how did you pay for your tuition?

Sorry about the amount of questions. If you can answer all of these questions it would be a great help! :)

My sister is studying accounting. She seems to study from the time she wakes up til the time she goes to bed. I keep telling her that she is studying too much. What is the appropriate amount of time for her to study. I think she is trying to absorb too much info and she is not doing nothing else as far as her life is concerned. HELP!! She needs a life outside of her books. How do I get her to chill out a lil bit and take a break from the books for a while? Also is there any tips for her so that she can better utilize her time so that she can absorb more info in a shorter period of time. Shes been out of school for a while as I have too, and we have forgotten the basic study skills...LOL

I have to fill up 3 more credit hours (I will be a Sr. and I just need to take credit classes b/c I have all my majors.) I go to a smaller university and there are limited classes to take. I was thinking about music appreciation but I know nothing about music. I don't know how to read music either. What cirriculum is a standard (intro) music appreciation class?
