Please let me know the deadlines as well. I have completed my Engineering and have 2 years experience with GE-Water and Process Technology (Dubai) and I NEED TO join by early next year (Jan-Feb 08) (AS INTERNATIONAL STUDENT). Please let me know about the Universities in their appropriate order.

The best MBA programs in Texas are at University of Texas (in Austin), Texas A&M, and Rice University. Personally, I believe that you shouldn't get a full time MBA unless you go to a ranked school. These are the only ranked schools in Texas.
Most universities in the US start in September. It is unlikely that you can get admitted to good gull time programs until September 2008. You can find deadlines and more information at their web sites.
There are better schools in other states, if you are willing to live outside Texas. The link below shows MBA rankings in the US. The top schools want you to have three to five years of work experience.
