i need a specific answer please. can anyone tell me what are the requirements in applying for (mens basketball) varsity in colleges or universities here in manila? Your high school coach and guidance counselor will have to help you with this. It is done on the basis of scouting and recommendations while you are in high school. The competition is very, very keen.
