I've just graduated from law school and about to begin reviewing for the bar exams due to take place on September this year... I need some tips on how to remain steady and focused...

Take Bar Bri or some other review course. They usually have a very good schedule. Follow the schedule and you should be fine. Being around other people studying for the bar is a great way to keep you motivated. You are less tempted to goof off cuz their presence reminds you that they're still studying so you need to as well in order to keep up (remember, it's basically graded on a curve).

i'm a little confused because the bar exam is only offered each year in july and february, and law students graduate in may (or, occasionally, december). are you taking it in the US, or is this for some other country?

in any case, everyone studies differently. you really need to go based upon what made you successful in school in the past. i tend to study really fast and can't do it for long periods of time, so i studied for the bar maybe 4 hours a day for two months. i took days off as well. other people feel better if they study 8 hours a day. just don't save it all until the end...study steadily throughout the months. check out www.barexam2005.blogspot.com - it was helpful to me while i was studying.

Try a group study with people who are also serious about taking the exam. I know someone who took did the same thing and most of his group mates, including him, were part of the top 10.

Study now. You can sleep when you are dead.
