Since you say "I am enrolling", I take it you haven't yet. Please take Taranto's and my advice and don't. UoP churns so many people through their degree programs there will be nothing to distinguish you from the crowd. And an MBA degree is something that you want to show off and to distinguish yourself from others. You would be much better served getting an MBA from a state school and you would also save yourself quite a bit of money.
Additionally, as Taranto mentioned, UoP only has regional accreditation. Their business program does not have a program accreditation. Business programs, especially MBA programs, should have AACSB accreditation. Most of your large state universities will have this accreditation in addition to regional accreditation. You can check on accreditation of an institution at http://www.chea.org You can also learn more about AACSB accreditation at http://www.aacsb.edu
A couple of schools for you to consider are:
Mississippi State University - http://www.distance.msstate.edu/mba/
University of Nebraska - Lincoln - http://mba.unl.edu/distance.html
Auburn University - http://www.mba.business.auburn.edu/MBAPrograms/Outreach/outreach.cfm
Granted, all of the above are distance degrees, but they are provided by the respective state universities and the degrees are the same. Also, they are all AACSB accredited in addition to regionally accredited.
If you don't mind traveling to Cambridge, MA for a few weeks each Summer. You can even complete a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard. Most classes are available online. I believe that the courses at Harvard are between $1,500 and $2,000 per course and 12 are required for the degree.
Good luck,

The program accepts nearly everyone. Therefore, employers have no way of knowing if their graduates are any good or not. So employers will not take the degree seriously.
In addition, their accreditation is only regional -- they lack the more prestigious national accreditation. So employers will not take the degree seriously.
They have also faced some pretty serious problems recently. They had to pay a record $9.8MM fine for sleazy recruiting practices and are currently being investigated for padding their placement numbers. So employers will not take the degree seriously.
Companies like Intel have recently decided not to pay for their employees to take classes at U of Phoenix because they feel that their classes lack rigor.
I feel that an MBA from U of P will hurt you more than it will help you. Many employers will just chuck your resume. I know that I would.
A degree from the U of P cost less than one from a prestigious private university (though the latter would pay off in the end). However, a prestigious state university actually costs less than the U of P.
The fact that you are taking classes in a classroom will not help you. It is still a worthless University of Phoenix degree.

The rep of the place you get your MBA concerns. collectively as this does not mean you're able to bypass to Harvard to prevail, you particularly do not want to bypass to a school with an actively undesirable popularity. you are able to desire to fairly instruct your self out of employability. usually, dodge any MBA application from a for-earnings/proprietary college like U of P, Kaplan, etc. specific employers won't hire any MBA till your application replaced into AACSB accepted, so attempt to discover an AACSB application, or at minimum, returned, dodge the proprietary colleges. If the ingredient is the will arises try this on line, then understand that there are a ton of respected, classic universities that supply on line MBAs, collectively with UMass Amherst, Drexel, Arizona State, Boston U, Florida State, U Indiana, Northeastern, p.c.., Syracuse, Thunderbird, Virginia Tech, U Nebraska, James Madison, U Florida - lots of ideas. heavily, there's no want which you would be able to jeopardize your profession via going to a school like U Phoenix. And be sure which you do would desire to try this on line. Many MBA classes supply section-time ideas, the place you only would desire to bypass to class one nighttime each week. some supply weekend ideas. examine your ideas, and easily bypass on line in case you detect you're able to.

I am currently in their BA program and attend classes on campus. I love it. It's a little fast paced but the classes are fairly easy. Good Luck!
