hi.. as my board exams r approaching it;s on march 29th..i m confused about how to study.. please help me on deciding... i would really appreciate ur answers.. i had decided to study each subject for about 6 or 7 days and finish it then step to another subject and at last finish all my six subjects(science PCMB) and languages... but my friends say that my decision is wrong one because studying 1 subject continuosly for about a week wud be boring and at the same time possibility of forgetting it...is it true?? can u pls tell me which decision should i follow and why... i wud also like to get new ideas on studying and completing my subjects b4 exams... pls pls help me.... thank youuuuu...

Hi, I'm 17 and currently a junior.
I would like to know what are my chances of getting into Wellesley, Brywn Mawr, and other Seven Sisters Colleges.
I have a 4.1 GPA. I took honors classes in 9th grade, an AP class in 10th grade, and I am currently in AP chemistry, AP language arts, AP US history, and AP art history.
I scored 1710 on my SATS the first time and will take it again next month, and will score higher (since I studied ths time =)
In 9th, 10th grade, I was on the Varisity Swimming team. I am also in school clubs (MUN, German Honors Society).. and i can speak another language. That about sums it up.

What else can I do to improve my chances? I attend an american high school in Germany, by the way.

As of lately, I've been worried about getting into a good college. Is it possible to get into UCLA (my #1 choice at the moment) with a 3.66 unweighted GPA (my school doesn't use weighted GPAs). My first two years of highschool were on the contrary of my current experience. For some reason, I didn't have the desire to try, so I only got around 3.4/3.5 GPAs. Now, I'm getting 3.85+. Will colleges take into account this change in work ethic?

Im currently taking 10 units in college. Im taking Biology with the lab, Human sexuality, and Political Science.

Im happy with those classes, but then I made the mistake of signing up for Chemistry with the lab on saturdays from 9-4pm!

I really dont want to go to that class and Im 100% sure it will be very stressful. I just want to drop it while I have time, what do you guys think?

Im also not working this semester because my husband told me to just concentrate in school, but thats also hard because he's currently deployed and Im always worrying about him & thinking about him which makes it harder to concentrate in school.

My schedule so far without the chemistry classes is

Monday- Bio Lab 2:15pm-5:25pm
Bio class 5:30pm-6:55pm
Tuesday/Thursday-Human Sexuality 11am-12:25pm

Wed-Bio Class 5:30p-6:55pm

Im taking the political science class online

PLEASE ADVICE ME ON WHAT TO DO!

I have adhd and want to go to college were Iam not expected to put more extensive hours than those who don't have adhd into studying.
I want to be able to follow all of the course syllabus as it is written and be successful and not by having to put a largely more effort and time into studies and assignments to compensate for my adhd. I have gotten accommodations before, but they are to allow me to have more time to complete assignments, this is a problem for me. In high school I put about 72 hours a week into homework for all four years. Thats literally all I did during the school year (adhd is that bad and i am that slow). It got so bad it led to psycological problems(attempted suicide: if you met me you would never expect that) and health problems as well. I was of the highest achieving students of the sate, however. for the sake of my health and my life, i need to find a college described like this.please help me

I will be going off to college in August. My current major and minors are Microbiology with Chemistry and Secondary Education.
Chemistry is included for any Micro Major. I'm just wondering if I can still get a certification for teaching in Illinois if I only have a minor in Secondary Ed.
I'm not quite sure where I want to go with my life yet, but I know I either want to work either in medical research or teaching, most likely research. I'd really like to have a backup plan, hence the Secondary Ed. minor.
I'm a pretty good student, head of my class, and 30 ACT.
Also, with my major being what it is, would that minor be worth it?
I'd like information from someone who might have had a similar experience.
Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated though. Thanks!

However, I am willing to do starting from scratch. This will be my last chance to become a pharmacist because of my age but perfect chance financially and timely. Since I do not expect any credit transfer from previous school year. Do I still need to tell a pharmacy school that I have BS degree?
