what will cause the induction motor hamming when it start running?

I assume that by "hamming" you actually mean "humming."

It could be that bushings are worn out or that some screws/bolts have gotten a little loose. I'd make sure that everything is properly tightened and lubricated, and see if that helps. Humming could also mean that the load on the motor is a bit too high.
