I interviewed for a job and had two and a half years experience doing the job I put in for. I am currently working toward a degree in a related field. The person who got the job had a degree in a nonrelated field but no experience whatsoever in the job applied for. Would like to know if a degree always gets the person the job even though the degree has nothing or no relation to the job?

Most of products will be made of zinc instead of copper for this project, so the price we are offering to you will be ten percent cheaper compared to previous quotations we offered to you. For some of products, you wont see ten percent cheaper (10 percent off) becasue they were made of zinc initally. (which means the material wont be change, that is why the price does not change)

I'm a huge sports fan and I plan to go to alot of sporting events at whatever college I go to. I'd like to go to a college where the student section at games is always huge and I want it to have a football team. I also don't mind the idea of a going to a school with 30,000 people but i've never been on a campus that big so I really don't know. Plus, with more people on campus there's more activities, parties and more dating options. With all this being said, why do I feel obligated to go to a small school just because most people in my high school do and both my sisters did. I know that people say you can get lost in the crowd, but if I get past that those kind of school sound more fun. What should I do?

Just wondered why rns don't have to get continuing ed. to renew their licenses. Live in IN. I work with a lady who states that she is an RN, but as soon as she graduated she took a job in the factory we work in. She never held a job as an RN. She's been working for 7 years and never did anything with her license except renew it every other year. States that she keeps it to be able to get a job if our factory ever shuts down. Wouldn't she forget some of the processes and procedures she learned after all that time if she never did anything or got any continuing ed? I can't imagine a health facility hiring her without making her take some kind of update ed. Can someone enlighten me on this.

I'm an extremely brilliant 8th grader and on my way to high school. I want to study law at columbia university. I come from a poor family, so i need a scholarship. what should i do in high school to get it? I know it's kind of too much to hope for, but I have mostly A's in school and I think I might have a chance.

I would really appreciate any advice that anyone could offer to me; I know I am a little too young but I think it is good to get a head start on things.

that I don't forgive people because it's really hard to make me mad and I never get mad enough to have a reason to forgive them. I don't care what people do or think and that's why I don't get mad at other people. I have to have 2-3 paragraphs about myself and I can't even explain why I don't forgive people in 2 paragraphs and help would be appreciated.

I was wondering what kind of schooling a mortician goes through. What should they get their undergraduate degree in? What kind of graduate degree do they get and where do they get it? How much does it cost? and what kind of person should be a mortician? I've always thought about being one because people have always told me that I'm the kind of person that could do that (I'm not sure if thats a good or bad thing... lol).

I'm attending a nice, private college in my state, its a short commute away from my home and is a very nice college. Its one of the highest rated in the US, and over 90% of the graduates from there go on to either the gradute school of their choice, or to a job in their field within 6months, all good reasons to stay. But i'm completely miserable there.

Most of my classes are pointless, and have little to no value in the 'real world', and these worthless classes are demanding ones that take up alot of time and energy. Im not learning anything, it seems all i do is lie and make up things on papers, and to top it all off i vehemently disagree with the majority of what is said in some of my key classes. I spend all my time fabricating things for A's, cursing the curriculum, the theories, the constant work..and I'm burnt out, exhausted and just depressed anymore.

I dont know if i can handle three yers of this, or if i'll like what i become if i DO handle it.

Advice would be appreciate
