Business Admin is the one that I'm least interested in, but I know it's probably the one that will give me the most opportunities. Any thoughts?

Talk to the academic advisor at your school. Then visit with the different department representatives from the three majors. Business seems to have the best job prospects, but maybe not - especially if your real love is communications.
The best advice I can give you is to find a college that offers internships in your major, and you won't have to worry about a job regardless of which of the three you choose. An internship will give you on-the-job experience, and an inside look at the industry to make you a top candidate even in a competitive job market.
