what is the best pre-College summer program for Film making?

please help me. i need something afforadable for this summer.

also something that you dont need good grades to get into because i have horrable grades.

I only know of one program, so I don't know if it's the best. Check out the "Pre-College Summer Institute" at the University of the Arts (in Philadelphia, PA):

If that program is too expensive for you, check out what is offered through your local community college. Community college classes are open to many high school students, so look into what their enrollment policies are.
