I was wondering what kind of schooling a mortician goes through. What should they get their undergraduate degree in? What kind of graduate degree do they get and where do they get it? How much does it cost? and what kind of person should be a mortician? I've always thought about being one because people have always told me that I'm the kind of person that could do that (I'm not sure if thats a good or bad thing... lol).

You can earn an associates degree in Funeral Science. American River College in Sacramento offers one, and it's very affordable.

Good luck!
