what do you think about my Thesis Statement ????

I'm going to write an essay about psychology and my subject will be the effects of terrorism and my Thesis will be:

Terrorism could affect people psycholy in their life,work and health.

please tell me what do you think.

The truth? No good.

The reason being that your statement is not controversial - no one would disagree with it. Aside from that, I don't really think it's an argument; and that's what a thesis statement is. You also need to be much more specific. I'd suggest you pick one idea you're most interseted in - like terrorism and the psychological effects on working people; or terrorism and media exploitation, or something.

So, your statement could go something like:

"The general public has become desensitized to the reality and magnitude of terrorism by overexposure to it through media representation."

Terrorism could affect people psychlogically in their everyday lives, work and health.
Or somthing like that. The problem I think you have is in differentiating life, from work and health. because both work and health are a part of life. Also, just in case you haven't done so I suggest you read Elements of style by Strunk and White it's only about 100 pages but it will do wonders in improving grammer.

Did you mean psychologically? , which side of the argument will you address if you are trying to prove this statment your thesis should be " Terroism affects people psychologically......." something like that.
