If you lose your scholarship first you should petition to see if they will allow you to attend community college in the summer to raise your g.p.a.

If you are dismissed from your college you can attend your community college and either focus on transferring back to the university or you can change your focus and work on a certificate that will give you skills for employment. This could be anything from Xray technician to real estate. There are hundreds of possibilities.

Talk to your school career counselor and do your best next semester. Don't despair. There are lots of great options!

Good luck!

You can always pick-up a trade that interests you in trade school. You have the option of entering the "work world" in an entry level position and working your way up in a company.

However I would suggest you get some tutoring, talk with your professors ut whatever you do, do what you have to do to maintain your scholarship.

Don't go to any job interview that tells you that it is entry level marketing and they promote through the company. They will try to tell you that if you stick with them, you will one day have your own business. You will make so much money you won't know what to do with yourself. They will tell you it is not a door to door sales job. Often times, they are telling you you are raising money for children based charities like DARE, toys for tots or CPEA, when you barely are. You will not get paid a base pay and you will work 13 hours a day and only get paid based on a percentage of what you sell. Easier said then done...when what you sell is garbage. You are told to come in early for "atmosphere," which is where you chant and practice your sales pitch. You are not allowed to sit, lean or be negative. People will shout the word Juice a lot.

Save yourself before you even make the phone call and 5 out of ten of the jobs you see on the internet are one of these companies...who by the way are affiliated with bigger companies that actually make money...but the bigger companies easily hide themselves by having the smaller companies do their dirty work.

Call me bitter...but I have seen the horrible effects that these companies push their employees into. From tatter clothes to repossessed cars...shouting the word Juice won't fix your credit report.

By the way, and by what you posted, you are a prime target for one of these companies. They prey on people who are feeling vulnerable. If you don't succeed in college, then succeed in networking. Figure out what field you do want to be in and get close to that field. Even if you are a mail clerk, be around people who can take you under their wing. Also, hopefully you don't have any, but don't have any children until you are on your way to financial success. You, without children are free to work and make as much money as you possibly can right now. Make your waking moments about making money....the more businesses you work for and learn, the more opportunities you will create for yourself.
