I want to work in a nursing home or retirement community as either an Activities Director or Events Planner. Right now my major is Business and I am also thinking about getting a certificate in Gerontology (the study of aging). Should I switch majors? If so, to what?

iam currently pursuing 3 years bachelor's degree in business administration in india thru distance education...i want to take the university of cambridge CAE(certificate of advanced english) and the BEC(business english certificate) exams and i want to know what kind of a job i can expect to join after these certifications and while still pursuing my bachelor's degree thru distance education...which type of job would be the best for me after these certifications? thanks for all info!

Hello.. I"m trying to search on which school is the best for me in terms of graduate school in NY. I want to get a MBA degree but with specialization in Marketing (database reports & analytical & research). Nowadays, most marketing and analytical jobs require knowledge or experience in Access, SQL, Oracle, web analytics, and all kinds of analytical stuffs. Which school would better serve me and um.. am looking at cheaper school also since I"m still paying loans from undergrad. Sighs! Thank you.
