You are not currently able to read and write at a level that would allow you to pursue any of those career paths. I suggest that you enter university and take a program of General Studies, including remedial English (and probably remedial Math). While you're upgrading your skills to the level required by university students you can talk to people who work and study in the faculties that you might be interested in later joining. Child Sociology would require about six years of university, pediatrics would require closer to eight or ten, and neonatal health care would depend on what type of position you wanted (but expect at least four years, probably closer to six or eight).

You have some really high goals there! Good for you! First consider that neonatal health care and pediatrician are going to involve alot of medical training which will help save lives, and improve lives. Child psychology will do the same thing but without alot of the internal medical stuff. ALL of the fields you are considering are going to require heavy duty work on your part as far as schooling goes. Try making a list with the pros and cons of each, sometimes it helps to see it on paper- you can also refer back to it when you need to. Decide from there. You may also want to talk to students or people in those fields of work- your guidance counselor at school will be able to help you too. Good Luck to you!!

Neonatle health care is a really good thing to do if you want to work with kids these days. It takes some time gettin, but it will be worth it. If you don't think its the thing for you, get something else. Get info about them and compare and contrast them and bring up pros and cons and go from there to decide what if for you. Someone in my family has this job and loves it! Its a good job, and pays good and all. I think you might like it, i mean, somebody has to do it! do what makes you feel good and something that you'll really like it, not just some job you hate going to.I suggest that you enter university and take a program of General Studies, including remedial English (and probably remedial Math).
