which is the best university in the usa for an ms degree in robotics and finite element analysis?

i am interested in doing a master's degree in computer integreated design and manufacturing which includes robotics and finite element analysis as subjects.this course is offered under mechanical engineering.please do help me find an answer.

Carnegie Mellon University which is located outside of Pittsburgh, PA has one of the finest programs for this in the country. They have a entire facility devoted to robotics. A lot of the research they do is cutting edge for the U.S. Military.

ITT or Devry are much better schools and less time you have to go.
