There was a great little place back in my old home state that made General Tso's chicken. The only thing I can find here in So Cal is Orange chicken, which is similar, but not the same. Does anyone know of a good place to get good General Tso's here?

OK, I know people probably ask this question constantly here, but I want to know what you think. I don't want to see any Pat's or Gino's here, that's tourist trash and you know it, I want to know where is YOUR favorite cheesesteak served?

To start things off, I love Gooey Louie's on Moyamensing, because they are juicy and have incredible amounts of meat.

The bill came out to $300 at the restaurant. In addition, they charged me a service charge of 15% and told me that the tip is not included, and that the service charge is not a tip. I paid them an additional 15% tip.

Did they fool me? Or is there a difference between service charge and tip?

The coffee shop that I like the best closes at 10:00 PM. Sometimes (especially on the weekends) I feel like being out and reading (or writing) later than that. Are there any cool places that are open late (preferably in downtown or central phoenix) that are conducive to reading or writing?

I have heard that there are various ways (or styles) you can order your burger at IN-N-OUT. It's like some kind of secret that everyone knows about. They aren't posted anywhere on the menu, but if you order your cheeseburger "animal style" they will go ahead and start working on it with no further questions.

How many different "styles" are there? What are all their names? And what the heck do they mean? I think animal style includes pickles, and maybe something else, but I'm not sure. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks!
