The controlling men are the punks who would never face up to a real man. By controlling women they feel in charge. The ones who control have problems deeper than you or me could ever imagine. Controlling men need lots of attention. Need to be taught how to do thing the real way, by a REAL man.

Well, it all depends on the background of a person and how they were raised. How their parents acted influences a lot on how he will be. Most men are insecure about themselves, and feel like they have to have their woman next to them at all times, to ensure that they arent messing around on them. Because they see all this going on on tv shows, they think that is how the real world is. And another reason might be because if they are the primary money makers, they feel that they work all day, they should get served when they get home. Does that make any sense? Im not saying that it is right... im just saying that is why we act like that.

The ones that are, are insecure and afraid of losing someone they care about and I think they controlled as a kid by their mothers so they feel like a man belittling women to get back at their mothers in a sick sense.

Best answer here is the one that says "because you let them be". Women who won't let men control them don't have any problems. So - Maybe your problem is in you. Self Esteem lessons just may be in order.
