I'm new to SD and looking for a romantic restaurant for a 4 year anniversary or Valentine's Day. Something not too pricey with a beautiful atmosphere. Any ideas?

I realize that all of the Chi Chi's Restaurants have been closed but I am trying to find a restaurant that is similar to it. I have tried Don Pablos and Mad Mex, as well as others, but none of them are even close to being the same as Chi Chi's. I guess we're wanting sort of a more Americanized Mexican Restaurant. Can anyone help us in our search?
