Bill's Barbecue in Richmond, Virginia... there are several locations: http://www.billsbarbecuetogo.com/ and you have to get "the Bill's classic" which is pulled pork bbq with cole slaw, a limeade and a slice of chocolate pie :)

And Hog 'n Claw in Manassas, Virginia... I had them cater for an event for my international organization and I had people from all over the globe saying it was the best barbecue from Washington State to Northern Ireland - lol

Both of these serve what I call REAL barbecue, which is just the meat... with vinegar/pepper sauce.. none of that goopy red stuff for us!

Bigg's BBQ in Pomona Park, Putnam County Florida.

Their pulled-pork poorboy sandwich with slaw and fries will make a puppy pull a freight train.

You make my mouth water. The best is my wife's kitchen...no you can't come.
On another note, if you are talking about ribs and talking about restaurant chains, I like Texas Roadhouse the best. I like my ribs on the dry side. Too many other places have their ribs dripping with sauce that is far too sweet and messy.

no longer for any political motives, yet Quincy (John Quincy Adams) or Grover (Grover Cleveland) are sturdy canines names. Plus, Cleveland served 2 nonconsecutive words...he saved coming lower back. in spite of you do do no longer do what Obama did and call the canines after your self like he did with Bo (Barack Obama's initials), enormously tackles.

Rudy's. They have one in Leon Springs, TX (the original) and two in Albuquerque, NM. I love their chopped beef (w/ pickles and bread)! They have a great roadhouse atmosphere.

Check them out online.
