I'm always on the lookout for Italian style, great homemade pasta in a restaurant. I think A Voce and Gradisca are up there - but who else?

There are many Italian Restaurants in NYC that claim to have very fine pasta. I have found 5 for you that are rated 5 star or above that have some of the best pasta to be found. Here they are.
