Also have you noticed that in all the movies they have an asian guy delivering chinese food, yet in Cleveland there are no chinese restaurants that deliver. I know I can get pizza or chicken wings delivered. Is this ironic or just cleveland?

Don't get me wrong, I work in a fast food restaurant. It is perfectly fine to hire people that speak little or no English, but they should not be cashiers. To be a cashier you need to speak English for order accuracy.
