I prefer both. I buy both and split them as half bacon and egg Mcmuffin with half sausage and egg muffin and make the other halfs as lunch or share with my friend...

Neither. The only thing I would eat for breakfast at McDonalds is a Steak/Egg/Cheese bagel....minus the egg and cheese. lol. Or I order it like this....Steak bagel....only steak and extra sauce. The steak and sauce is also good on a McMuffin instead of a bagel. I used to work at McDonald's for 2 years. I don't like most of their food anymore. It all lost it's appeal. But if I get cravings that's what I get. Or for lunch time I get nuggets.
