Why is the thermostat turned down so low in Starbucks stores? During this past summer, it was pleasant to get out of the heat. But now that the weather is getting cooler in most places around the United States, what's the idea of keeping the thermostat at the same setting inside their locations?

I believe it was made with penne pasta-there were large chunks of mushroom(not canned)-some kind of creamy garlic alfredo sauce and large chunks of chicken that tasted like it may have been marinated in something.

Could anyone who lives, or has been to, Ottawa recommend a good restaurant? Something that is affordable, around $50-60 for a couple. I'm planning a weekend in Ottawa, and would like to know if there are some particular good spots not to miss. Thanks!
